In 2022, Grow Asia Pacific worked with Ms Sunshine Organic Farms Charitable Trust, SPS Biota, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) to bring about the inaugural Pacific Cacao and Chocolate Festival, to celebrate Pacific cacao producers and chocolate makers.
With something for everyone, the Pacific Cacao and Chocolate event brought interactive cacao workshops, LOTS of chocolate tastings, a drive into culture, and enlightened consumers to the small business stories from cacao growers and producers from the Pacific region.
